sir i got SCN notice today reason is AS PER REPORT,NO BUSINESS FOUND ON THE SPOT, NO Stock maintained , as from 11 months of covid and health issue shop remains closed so i have filled nil returns of last 10 months , sir what to do now will they impose fine on me ? pls tell

Han gst officer aayega. Tumhare principal place of business pe jaha se tum supply of service yah goods karo. Apna sara document jo portal pe diye ho ready rakhna. No objection certificate etc. Ka orginal copy. Bank statement 1 month ka. Pan , aadhar ki copy. E- commerce ke liye process mai ho to uski copy aur agar saller ban gaye ho to uski E-commerce saller banne ki copy. Bas yahi sab rakhna. Ghuss depend karta hai ki kaisa officer hai. Kah dena ki sir business start kiya hai abhi kaha se paisa de dun. Abhi mujhe business mai bhi lagana hai.
