Hey Daniel, How do I do the calendar trick so my listing shows a lower price on the map, but the actual price of the listing is still the same and not actually the price it says on the map. I read about it in your first book but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. Thank you!

Hey Daniel, I love how you add text to photos to point out things like the sound system and jacuzzi bubbles. What should I use to add text to photos, what editing software? @ I put my listing up Nov 22nd, got 2 bookings same day and since then it’s been quiet! Which is concerning. I also need a calculation template for ROI, break even time prediction, I’ve put so much $ into repairs and the rent is super high in which I’m needing to develop a good system to filling up the calendar and making a good return
