Whenever I look for vintage jewelry I always look for the pieces that have natural colorful little gemstones. Like a mini rainbow but still well sized for daily wear, usually rings or earrings. It makes me happy and makes my outfits a bit more fun. I feel like I will take a bit of a break from shopping for them though. I have plenty of pieces I can rotate through regularly. I love watching jewelry videos like this

The first piece of jewelry i remember are hoop earings with little cupids standing on the hoop. They were 14k gold and a gift from my grandma. I was young, and i lost one of them, so she replaced them with similar ones....then i lost one of those pairs 😂. That was the end of the jewelery gifts My grandma passed away a few years ago, and i had cupid pendants made from each earring. I gave one of the pendants to my sister. Probably my favorite piece!

I don't remember my first jewellery piece, but right mow I am a very small and minimal jewellery person. My favourite piece that I own is a small necklace that I designed myself and had the jeweler make it. It is unique and made for me. It was an expensive choice, also because it is solid rose gold, but it is perfect and I love it so much. I wear it every day and I know I will love it forever. The only other piece i wear everyday is my weding ring, that is white gold and also personalised. These are my two favourites forever, and there is very few things that I would wear in addition. Now I am searching for a small collection of small earrings that are perfect for me, they must be solid gold because I have sensitive ears and cheap stuff hurts me 🤷 I absolutely love vintage as well, and the story behind these pieces ❤ so cool that you are starting this vintage shop!

Thanks for talking about jewellery and memories… I love some pieces that I got from my grandparents as a child… for example a set of jugend silver, blue and turqoise butterflies - necklace and earrings… I still love them but today I prefer gold because of my warm colour palette☺️ some current favourites are in bronze, from Finnish Kalevala. I m still not sure if I prefer silver or gold more. I was always loving silver jewellery and I used to wear silver when I was a teenager, but now, for several years I started to like gold jewellery. I like the both of materials and I can't decide what to wear and which color should I buy. Did have someone similar situation?

Yes, I have this too! Especially on my more neutral skintone, both suit me well. I think it is fine to have both and even to wear silver and gold together 🥰
