Yes, I have eliminated all carbs…been on carnivore for almost 5 months now! Amazing results! Wish I would have known this 30 years ago! I suffered through many terrible seasons…enjoying life & losing weight too! Long live carnivores! Thanks, Ally 👋

I'm full carnivore now for 93 days. Last blood test, about a month ago show that my fasting insulin was down from 47.7 to 23.1. I'm getting a new test before seeing my doctor again. I'm off my blood pressure medicine that I was on for over 20 years. No longer taking allopurinol and metformin. No more inflammation, no more gout, down 50 lbs. Yeah, I won't be eating plants again anytime soon. My philosophy now is that meat is food and plants are medicine and seasoning.

I have keratosis pilaris, and since going animal-based less than 2 weeks ago (meat, fish, eggs, raw dairy, some fruit, and honey) my keratosis has significantly decreased. My arms and legs are getting smoother and smoother by the day! My dad also has it, as well as both my toddlers. I've transitioned my kids to mostly animal-based, but my dad is still very much resistant. I tried being gluten-free and dairy-free for a couple years and did not see any significant improvement in my keratosis, so I'm super impressed by this low carb diet!! Love your great videos!!

Now drop the fruit and honey and even the dairy and eat just beef, salt and drink water and see the real improvement in health. Do this elimination diet for at least 90 days before you decide the effect. This diet is sometimes called 'Lion Diet'. Fruit and honey?

You do not have to eliminate COMPLEX (vegetables) carbohydrates from your diet to reduce or eliminate insulin resistance. You need to get rid of all the SIMPLE, garbage carbs that are highly processed in addition to all of the high sugar, fructose and corn syrup products. It's not difficult to understand...just difficult for most people to do because we like to eat our garbage food.
