Much appreciated. Got really lost in my own sorrow for a long time throughout my 20's. No longer though, time to help others! 💪🏼

Still in my 20's. Still trying to find my way out of intense sorrow, for over 10 years. Hard to figure it out. Happy for you though.

His words create totality in ourselves in awareness of human sorrow how comes from actually in mankind, truely realizing words of wisdom taught by modern Buddha, really we are fortunate enough to listen his teachings

Revolt inwardly to all you accept and identify with. Freedom from the center is the ending of sorrow. Then there can be compassion for the self, that energy dissolves the distance between the other. Love all of you who are dedicated to the truth.

There is no desire to go back, passion or compassion happen, and one finds that unless listening, seeing, learning happens, change is impossible. One accepts it. But the feel of sorrow is still alive though maybe less so.

Listened to K over ages.It is a constituent of this one. Listened to this talk. Passion emerges, it is compassion too. The movement of life is that one. Despite passion and Compassion, looking at sorrow around, the sensation of sorrow remains. Watching most people aggressively relating to others, not listening to anyone, sorrow of a different nature remains. Many may watch you, respect you, not quarrel with you at all, but they continue to be aggressive. Another talk of K, Listening, Seeing, Learning. Absorbed in themselves with an impregnable Self, there is neither listening, nor seeing, nor learning. Hence no change Love to listen to someone on it.

J is great person. He pinpointed the meaning of passion. Vanity of vanities ,all is vanity but to serve them all and love them only. When one understands the meaning then gets freedom from sorrow, grief and sufferings.

For this and any other extracts, you can look it up yourself by searching for the full talk using the information in the video description. In this case, simply search for 'Saanen 1978 Talk 6' either directly on KZbin or Google. If you learn this method you won't need to ask for the link again. Hope this helps.
