Topic of Transcending Pain Pain is a vibration just as is no pain. I've found that I am being asked to actually feel pain deeply and in doing so maintain my awareness and not be overcome by it. This is a vibrational practice for me. And by looking at/feeling/being aware of the pain and not being scared by it or ignoring it, but instead seeing what it is trying to tell me/get me to become more aware of, my soul's consciousness expands and evolves via this vessel of a fluctuating human form/non form:) Being human is all about being a vibrational instrument and being able to look at/feel the lower vibrations while maintaining a high/higher vibration and sending those lower vibrations love bc in doing so they are transmuted and both the lower and higher vibrations merge into one and expand into something greater than they ever could alone.. and the vibrationally denser physical body becomes vibrationally lighter/less dense... in my opinion/experience anyways.

I've been following you for 30+ years. I've heard you say on tapes, CDs and youtube videos the same thing many, many times (three times in person and once during a telephone interview for a magazine article). My feeling is that it is necessary for you to repeat, repeat, repeat from many different perspectives so that humans, who need to hear ideas, concepts, etc. many times in many ways to actually comprehend what you are saying, will hopefully begin to grasp what you are saying. So keep repeating!

To believe that my body and my perceptions exist because they tell me so, is no different than believing everything is true in a book because the book says that it is true. I cannot verify what a book says without getting a perspective from outside of it and testing it................If I cannot get outside of my body, I choose to believe that it is because there is some benefit to being unable to get out. I do not know, it is a hypothesis that I am testing. Basing my life on this belief, I am happier. What more do I need to know? Until I find something that increases my happiness more. I do not have a happy switch. I believe that it is feedback from divine intelligence that I am making the world better.

Haven't listened to Chopra for decades. 6 minutes in it's the perfect message for the day. Month. Year. Whatever it is that's happening here... 'Now', I guess... Hi Deepak, I come from a background where God is entirely separate from humans, humans are entirely separate from each other and the world is entirely separate and outside. Thanks to the internet, I was introduced to the eastern philosophy about 4 years ago. At first all this information was concepts like every other information, but gradually listening again and again to teachers like you and Eckhart, the information became realization and reality. The truth is so obvious but so hidden at the same time. Repetition and explanation from different perspectives is always a step forward from previous understanding, for me it was a gradual realization and repetition proved only helpful for me. I'm sure many fellow seekers like me will agree to that. Thanks for your great work :)

Your topic in this clip is related to another of yours entitled "Do we reincarnate?". In that clip, I posted two comments in sequence to show readers how the Buddha, in his teachings, corrected some misunderstanding in ancient India about reincarnation and made a whole lot of contribution, almost everything Buddhists know about this thing. Based on my comments there, I don't think we have such a thing as soul (or even body) incarnate or reincarnate because it is LIFE that reincarnates again and again in each individual circle of death and birth. Life composes of two things, body and mind, the former being a (temporary) shelter of the latter and also by his teachings, is eternal and continuous without a void between death and rebirth. I also think that my comments have some implication on the second part of your topic here that body is not physical. I would rather withhold saying anything about this until you have read them and commented if you will. Thank you.

I suppose that goes along with all the latest findings in physics...sadly the mere mention of the word brings up fluctuating thoughts of its own for some: the excitement of sleepless nights spent pouring over abstract concepts juxtaposed with the facing of the more 'practical' workaday world: of school, factory. or the office...( i.e. the possibility of unemployment or failure) for example
