I think this is a MAJOR piece that people leave out...I tell my SP that I LOVE them! I want to be with they're so loving, they make me so happy etc. I am encouraging, loving and supportive with my thoughts towards them (& myself) but I like telling the truth to them that I love them so much etc. It's like I'm really talking to them and telling them everything I want to say to them and what I want reflected back to me. It has helped me SO much with NC to throw out the freaking rules and just mentally talk to them how I WANT to talk to them! and I KNOW, I absolutely know they hear and feel me. There is no possible way they cannot feel the strength of my thoughts and love for them and the relationship I want with them.

I think that is why robotic affirmiing is so popular, because you're already affirming in your favor, so even if an intrusive or negative thought pops up you're simply passing by it by already affirming in your favor. It's like this. You're driving a car down the highway, that highway is your stream of positive affirmations. The billboards you see are advertising things against your desire. Do you stop the car, get out and shout at the billboard to go away? No. You simply just keep driving down the highway of positive affirmations. Billboards will come and go, but keep your end goal in the forefront of your mind, because you do not have to buy into those shitty advertisements.

Why your video is so relatable - is because - you are being real and a lot of times, when it comes to SP related manifestation issues - coaches are constantly saying, “this is easy”, “manifesting an sp is like the easiest thing ever”, “it should only take u 2 weeks max”, I mean, that can kinda fuck with you - as maybe you are going through emotional shit - maybe some days are easier than others. For me, looking back, it wasn’t like a clear decision that I wanted to manifest my SP - I wasn’t clear about what I wanted anyway - but I knew I wanted him - as it felt amazing when we were together. With prior boyfriends - I always got whatever I wanted - this was without consciously manifesting. So when I started learning about manifesting - initially it was about the SP - but since I was being constantly told to work on my self-concept - I did spend more time on that, than on my SP, and also started to look at how things have worked out in my life, etc. Previously, if there was an argument or issue, you talk through things, you work it out - basically everything in the 3D - I realized how the only difference now - is that - now that I understand how it works - is that I don’t have to probe the 3D, I can use the 4D, 5D, etc., and get what I want. So the working on the self-concept helped me understand how things worked, my strengths and also how to reverse engineer things - now that I get how it works - but difference with before is - I DID get all that I wanted in relationships, etc., and before I didn’t do any self-concept work and was mostly relying on the 3D. So you are right - you CAN get ur manifestations even if you are not working on your self-concept. I think when you start learning about manifestation - there are so many opinions - in a way - so much noise - it can fuck up with your process - so looking back though - I wish I didn’t take everything I read or saw at face value. Now I know my method, my process and what I am comfy with. And working with ur nervous system and mediation is great - but truth is - those aren’t necessary to get your SP. It definitely has been a journey - and I really do appreciate saying that you don’t have to be perfect - as that was something I was trying to force myself to be - and I’m glad I decided - fuck it - I’m gonna do it my way. Thanks for the love - please keep sharing your experiences. Thought transmission is SO fucking real. I use it everyday day now - just to get what I want. As why not right? 😝❤️

Unfortunately that’s why so many people are confused and experinec this “functional freeze”, because they wanna try it all, do it all even if that ✨all✨ contradicts each other on so many levels. One has to use their own thinking and logic, or atleast take only what really resonates and drop the rest like a bag of rocks. Yes sc is important to work on, like I said in a previous video, but we HAVE to also work on thr actual narrative we wanna change (sp, money, health…). I’m honored you’re able to resonate with me. @@jaytalksmanifestationAlso, when you are being constantly told to work on your self-concept - it’s like being told, that there is something inherently wrong with you - but think about it - even in the most, crazy, sad and depressed situations - people (myself included) always find a solution - and this is even without consciously manifesting. I ended up working more on self-concept than on SP - and I’m naturally a confident person - looking back, I was like, why did I spend all that time on self-concept? So fine, I freaked out with my SP - but that doesn’t represent the whole of me. It was just a situation, a circumstance. Being told to flip every single negative thought is also fucking annoying - we were made to FEEL - to feel a range of emotions, to cry, etc. I was constantly flipping my negative thoughts (again, not saying that you shouldn’t), and trying to be perfect, but then I also felt, by doing that, it was also like, I was telling myself, ONLY if I did all this, or was perfect, then was I gonna get my manifestation, felt like I was manifesting myself in a loop - where I was just trying to be perfect - and it didn’t feel real - worrying about every single thought, like ‘shit, I thought that, fuck, now that’s gonna fuck with my manifestation’. I was eager to learn - but looking back - it really fucked with my head. I asked myself - ‘Hey, wait, I’ve been manifesting my whole life - and I turned out pretty okay - so wtf am I doing all these techniques? Again, not saying they are bad - but for me, a generally super confident person - I ended up questioning myself more - and felt like I was losing myself in the process? Anyway, one day, I woke up, and decided. Fuck this. I have actually had some pretty great times in my life - was my narrative a bit sucky, when I freaked out with my SP? Probably. But that’s so easy to fix. Decided that I was gonna be super selective with the videos I watch - as what Sammy says is true - if you watch too much - you get confused - you manifest confusion. And also just decide - what works, and what works best for you. Just told myself - I have been manifesting my whole life - only difference now - is that it’s consciously - so just choose 1 or 2 techniques, and I use it, just so I don’t overthink and brood about shit, because that was something I was doing before. So I view the techniques as a way to get my mind and thoughts in line - but not the key to my manifesting. As I’m the fucking key :) Another thing that really helps me - is the understanding that I am the awareness and not the thoughts. The thoughts are 3D, but the awareness, now that’s 4D. If you’re the awareness, then the thoughts can just fly by, and you can just ignore them - like a parent watching a child, throwing things around, with your arms folded. I’m just gonna acknowledge what is valid to me - this way I don’t have to flip every single thought. I never lived my life this way before, flipping thoughts all the time - so why do that now? But yeah - just be aware that, I can have negative thoughts, it’s ok, I can have intrusive thoughts, it’s ok, it doesn’t matter wtf happens, I am still gonna get my manifestation anyway - as it’s my reality - my rules. ❤

I always tell my clients to not go overboard with the content cause you end overconsuming and overwhelmed, then you freeze and don’t do anything. @@themeliorist Same with me. I hate all these rules. Live in the end; imagine that it has already happened. You cannot think that it is a process; live life like you have it, how you feel like you have it, and so on. Do SATS, script, and use this technique; do not come from lack; you need to come from love, from the state you already have it; you need to feel that it is already true; you need to shift to be a person who lives the best life; don't affirm too much; that means you do not have it; I heard a lot of you get what you are, not what you want; you cannot check 3D; that means you do not have it. Pick a few affirmations, because the subconscious mind can't take in much information. Like, wtf? :D So many rules. This is not reasoned with me at all. Also, everyone is obsessed with self-concept; if you do not have your desire, you need to work on your self-concept. Of course, we need to have a good self-concept, but it is not mandatory. , as like you I kind of a confident person, very positive I know that I am a good person and a nice girl; of course, we all have some good things about us and not that good; we are not perfect, and everything is okay with that, but many coaches say look inside you and heal your traumas. WTF? I started my journey 3 months ago, but I tried it as a test at first. I was not consistent at all, read comments, and if it was real or not, basically, I was just looking for the faster way. I tried this and tried that. Checked many people, and coaches way. But a week ago I understood that we manifest all life, and we were not using any techniques at all, and definitely not coming from love all the time, or the I AM statement. I am a passionate person and kind of an overthinker sometimes. I think I like the most affirmations; I am kind of good with visuals also, but when I tried to calm down my mind, it was hard to concentrate, but I like to daydream sometimes. I really believe that robotics affirmations work, but just for me, I feel that I suppress my feelings so much; I know that feelings are not manifesting; thoughts and assumptions do, but I want to feel great and what comes naturally to me. So I decided to check what works for me because I do not need any techniques at all after all. I am kind of an obsessive person overall, so I don't like to think once and let go, so I will not do that (I can use obsessive for my benefits). I am creating assumptions for my rules, like the more I obsess, the faster I get (some coach would say this is coming from lack; affirm that you are already in a relationship like what? We know that what we assume and persist should be true. Also, I like to be productive, so I could know that I use the day as much as possible for my benefit (because still in my mind comes the mind that I didn't do enough, but I assume that I could do nothing and still get what I want, but I like productivity). For example, I love music, so I found subliminals with music I know that they are working, and I feel productive. :D I understood that I like rampage a lot, instead of a few affirmations and sometimes for random things for SP, for my created rules, and for reminders. Also, I am affirming for future tense that is going to happen what I want, not at the present, but sometimes I mix that both (I always believe that everything goes my way, how I want it, and I will be fine, and if something happens that I didn't want or expect, eventually, somehow, it always went good for me, always, so why I right now should think in the present moment, it doesn't make sense at all) because there are no rules for manifesting; my negative thoughts are not manifesting also). People say you cannot separate 3D and 4D. For my rules, I can. If I want it, it's mine. I have everything in my 4D, and my 3D is like my family; they want to bring joy to my life. 3D loves to see me happy (some would say that means you right now are not happy; you give power to 3D to decide your happiness; who cares what they say?). 3D wants to see me happy because I am in power. I hate all those rules, but the most you get what you are, but not what you want. The lack is totally bullshit; I remind myself that if not today, then tomorrow will happen. Even today, everything can change; miracles and good things happen every day. Also, you cannot wait for your manifestation, because that means you in lack :D No, if I wait that means it should come, I do not wait for things that will not be in my life. If I wait that means my SP is trying to be with me. I guess I make sense, You can say what you want is most important what it means to you I always felt pressure about the time; do not check the time; now I feel free. Everyone says go directly to happy relationships; everything unfolds naturally, but I do not want this; I want that person to fight for me and use steps to be close to me. No, I get what I want, because I want it. One way or another, I am the god of my reality, so the fuck (I am Aries; I am very stubborn). You see what I mean. For my personality type, those rules and techniques are not for me. I felt pressure; I knew that I would be manifested that way, but why should we go the harder way if we can make it easier? It took long enough to understand who fits for my personality and which types of rules I should take with me and others delete from my mind because some rules stuck with me from other couches, and now I will throw that from the window. I love Sammy a lot. I have a few things that I do not agree with her on, but she opened my mind, and after just two days I already shifted; my mind is clear, I feel in so much power, I enjoy every day, and I already see movements and feel amazing. Also, one day I saw one coach tell people that they should manifest from love because a person could not take affirmation in his mind if it is from lack. Like what? Of course, it is better to come from love, but people manifest from anger, from frustration. Everything is about assumption. This coach said that a person could feel if you want to control your mind. Like what ?. Other people believe in karma; some don't. Some people do many bad things and do not have any karma. I know many people like this. She also mentioned that if you control a person's mind, you will get results, but they will not be permanent results after all. I know why she could believe that, because people still have the assumption that a person would leave and have a bad self-concept about themselves or believe in karma and free will. I know many people who have a very bad SC; they are not even good, loving people, very controlling and full of anger, but they know that person will always be with them, and they surely come not from love. I hope I help a lot of people understand this. I like Neville, but he was just one man with his assumptions and rules. Create your own rules. This was long :D

omg I used to think I was crazy with the feeling emotions that were not there. I had thought maybe these emotions were not mine, scroll on tiktok a vid popped up stating the emotion you are feeling may not be yours but your sp person and I was shocked cause it seem like the universe was giving me answer to what was happening to me. Watch your video now confirms this but also open my mind into the fact that you get to know how the other feeling, for example with me, I couldnt stand the amount of emotions to the point I will have to use something to numb myself out and not feel, while thinking about my sp, I realized he drinks and he seem too be depended on it the same way I depended on something to numb out, overall he seem not there and that also a reflection of me. We are not processing our emotions and using these things to numb them out. I know he loves me cause even when he drunk, he gives me kisses and talks to me so kind. When we go to sleep in his bed, he hugs me and hold me tight.

Doubts are normal, just don’t dwell in them. And if the posts trigger you, you have to discipline yourself and stop checking ASAP! Do this for you, for your future with him 🫂
