Most people do not realise what compels them much of the time. I find that the natural instincts of being territorial and of being competitive drive this modern world and we may have pushed it too far. It's important to understand ourselves better so that we can find a better balance in order to ameliorate both long and short term outcomes. I believe we are in for some nasty shocks over the next few generations. We should not accept and adapt to the problems we caused we should be able to see them coming and act as a global unit before it is too late. It's time to better understand, better regulate and educate the world. If only we could unite as one global group who share and welcome while working on balance in our ecosystems as a priority in the actions we make.

2:02 I think the food service industry figured out how to fix the the congestion problem decades ago. Sleep paralysis is such a valuable tool and ppl don't even realize it. Next time you enter SP, just relax and accept what's going on around you. When I do this, I've had two things happen to me. 99% of the time I feel a buzzing sound and feel a vibrating feeling in my head and then 'roll over' and 'fall' out of bed, and when I get up off the ground I'm in a lucid dream. 1% of the time, I literally feel my astral body float outside of my physical body. Try it next time you get it!

Guys I had a question1 so I have "sleep paralysis" but the thing is that compared to regular one I know I'm dreaming and can feel my " irl" body move but can’t wake up. And am able to think and remember everything even small details(technically I’m conscious while in this state) yet I can’t make it go away other than relaxing and able to get out of bed, move and tell my parents and I don’t remember anything after that crazy thing is that as soon as I’m drifting off to sleep I can feel that I’m gonna have sleep paralysis that night and even if I wake up and try to sleep again it won’t go away so I’ve got no other choice but to go head to head with it Can someone tell what that would be called?

Videos like this throw a bunch of historically well known names into it, then and SAY they have to do with the issues or topics at hand and bingo, you got a "deep" thinking video.
