What is the horizontal light bar above the temp/gear/odometer readings, and why does it change color from blue/green/red? (2023 Camry SE AWD)

Those three colors indicate whether you are in eco, normal or sport driving modes. They make them different colors so you can easily tell if a different drive mode has been selected by accident. Hope that helps @ScooodleScorn
