No. Vibrato in vocal is the vocal tract vibrating from airflow because its relaxed. Tremelo is a pitch up and down on both side alternating by a half step or more if that makes sense. I study vocal, piano, songwriting, and music in college and played viola for 10 years trust me bro frfr 🫠😭 (Edit: I just want to point out, this is why people's vibratos are different from one another if done correctly and not being forced. Ex: Beyoncé vs Adele).
