3 things that worked for me: 1. I blocked out all distractions. 2. I read book called Hidden Laws Of The Game 3. I stayed consistent no matter what.

How do you generate that feeling? Like David said, work on your gratitude. Thank you is a prayer. It implies you got something or acknowledge receiving it. In another place in the Bible, it says “God calls those things that are not as though they were….” We have to do the same, with gratitude in our hearts, for the future “me” that we expect to see. Many have trouble shifting to this concept because they are stuck in survival. So the idea that material provides happiness seems legit. Material provides safety…but there has to be more. Wow I haven't seen those waters since I was a little girl. My best friend DJ and I were at the park on the water and we decided to play on the other side of the fence and crawled out on this drain pipe lol and caught jelly fish. Its funny now to think that he was a few years younger than I was but he thought me how to catch jellyfish without getting stung and showed me how to hunt for horseshoe Crabs. Funny I had forgotten about that until I seen the water.
