Grate the corns n add wheat flour for binding. Only very little is required. U will get actual taste of corn. Truly delicious. Besan will add its own taste. N if u grate corns it gives a very good texture. Try it. Also u can cook grated corn with milk n make so called khichdi, a semi solid cake like mixture. Very tasty. Take generous amount of oil in a pan. Add a pinch of asofoetida (hing), add grated corn n sautee for a min. Add good amt of milk n cook on slow flame stirring repeatedly. Cook till corn is done n milk absorbed. Serve with chopped for fried chillies. Note do not add chillies while cooking. Do not add any other taste or flavour except hing while cooking. Corn by itself, cooked without any other flavours us very diff n very tasty. Try it.
