What switches are those on the noc lite keyboard? Love the way they sound thinking of getting them. They have "upgraded switches" as an add on but not sure if that is what I need to select to get the same one as you.

Thanks for asking! Jon is using our default red switch. You don't need to upgrade it to get the same effect. What's more, in the production version, we will add the foam, so it will be better than what Jon is using. If you don't have a particular switch preference, you can try the default one first, as you can easily change it in the future. We’d also be happy to talk to you about further recommendations if you're torn between choices :)

I'm using the default red switches. It comes with RGB lights, but I don't use them personally. IIRC the keyboard must be plugged in to use the lights. Lmk if you have any other questions!

I am looking to buy a new laptop but i don't have much money, i don't know if an acer chromebook 314 wuth an intel i3, 128gb storage, 8gb ram will be good for coding and video editing, i think it will be decent for light coding on vscode but im not sure about video editing, are there any cheap laptops you can recommend or do you think this one will be fine

I work in the San Francisco office. 150k after taxes in SF is ~47,712 Assuming that you are single, have no additional withholdings, have no pre-tax/post-tax deductions, etc. You can use a "California Paycheck Calculator" to play around with different variables smartasset.com/taxes/california-paycheck-calculator. Yup! In general you’ll have to pay taxes on any income you make and receiving stock is a form of income. If you sell the stock and you have any gains, then you’ll also have to pay taxes on the gains. ie If you get stock valued at $100, and you sell it for $110. You’ll have to pay taxes on that $10, and the rate depends on your income, and how long you’ve held the stock. My fav finance book is “I will teach you to be rich” by Ramit Sethi. He has a few talks on KZbin if you’re interested in learning more about this stuff.
