We've always made our youth academy a big priority throughout the club's history. It's been heartbreaking over the last 40 years, when we've been unable to retain some exceptional talent once the bigger clubs come knocking. West Ham's football academy is highly respected worldwide, and that is something we can all be proud of.

Their passing is accurate and intelligent. Long may they stay together as a team. Callum Marshall is a natural goal scorer: if he could now concentrate his training on developing a right foot shot, he would be a formidable striker in years to come.

I hope Pottsy gets a shot at the main team, watching the U21 style is taking me back in time. Was listening to Frankie Mac yesterday, he hates the Moyes style, as most of us do. I know we did well in the Europa competition but, its been so boring. Our first team is really good. We need a striker, but our midfield is stunning. Should be more entertaining.
