We spend this kind of money with 2 people. Our cost is like 10 milion rupiah for 2 people, but we don't rent a motor because we live in the middle of the centre of Kuta. 5 minutes walk from the beach, at every corner we can find our food, groceries, many bars, ... so we don't really need a motor. 2 metres from my private terrace I have a swimmingpool, the wifi is good an there is always Gojek or Grab when we have to do some more distance maybe once or twice in a month.

Hey Matt, first of all Huge congrats on the content, been watching few of your videos they r very helpful. Quick question I’m planning to move to Bali (Kuta is my fav destination so far) I will spend 3 to 6 months in there ( I work remotely) Do you have any recommendations of local agencies that can find me a place ? Cheers

To rent a scooter in Bali do you need an international driver's license? Instead of bringing a cell phone from home can you buy a reasonably cheap cell phone with a sim card in Bali? Can you order off Amazon and have it delivered to your place in Bali?
@yourmatematt2 жыл бұрын
Yes you’ll officially need an international licence - yes you can buy a cheap phone on Facebook marketplace - yes to Amazon but takes ages, there is something called tokopedia here instead
