❤ definitely 1 of my favorite houseboats even over the really high dollar houseboats. Do much character ❤ of course I'd " gut it" but would be a beauty after ❤ thank you for sharing!! ❤ ✌ so happy for the people who saw it and bought it!! Truly a treasure !!
