I loved seeing your children's reactions to the American show of force. Not to worry, with great power comes the requirement for great responsibility. Also, I've heard NZ has some formidable soldiering skills themselves. My father spent 25 years working for Textron Land and Marine Systems. They built and maintained the Navy's LCAC's. Look those up. He was there from day one of that production. He also spent time with the Navy Seals group called Special Boat Unit 22. I like to think I followed in his footsteps in sorts. My Navy time was spent deploying to Europe and Haiti. My Army time had me working on helicopter rotor systems. The Apache's, Blackhawk's and Chinook's mostly. Together, with my son's Marine experience included, there's over 50+ years in the military tween 3 generations. I pump concrete in construction jobs now. Im so proud of all this.

I'm going to say with confidence that most American children could easily find and point out New Zealand on a globe. I mean think about what you're even saying, every US child learns the 7 continents and their names when we're like 5 and New Zealand is pretty much synonymous with Australia in the minds of most Americans. We don't really tend to separate them most American kids would be like "And there's Australia and New Zealand". They're very easy to pick out in a globe for anyone who has passed Kindergarten but of course there always has to be some edge lord punk with their pseudo-woke arrogance who has to act like they're the only ones that really know what's going on. Every American citizen sees Australia and New Zealand as one of our closest allies alongside The United Kingdom, France, and Canada, that's like the big 5 and that friendship has existed for over a century and has been tested through multiple world wars, we are absolutely like an extended family of sorts. Whether this punk thinks someone is good at cartography or not won't change that any time soon.

@@curtrorro9870 I disagree. It is the parents who make the decision, but that does not mean they are making GOOD decisions. If only parents always knew! Therapists, grief counselors such as myself, hospitals are very busy trying to handle trauma caused by an event or by their own parents. It's the parents job to know which children are ready to handle certain events and to know when it is not necessary yet. I don't see them doing anything to protect the children-- parents sitting in front of their children with their backs to the kids, not even seeing their reaction-- not knowing when to pause and explain, when to listen to them, when to comfort. Nothing short here of emotional abandonment. This is a textbook example. If the parents are shocked (easy to read this body language) you can believe the children are also, even moreso although their feelings, fear, may stay internalized for years. This is exacting why journalism says "If it bleeds, it leads." Worst story first. Grab 'em and desensitize them. Welcome to our culture of death. Poor, poor parenting. Looks like dad's gaming has become real. Bottom line, the parents are responsible for what young children are exposed to, and if itis NECESSARY for them to see a 5 min clip then to know how to do so. Watch their other shock and awe "good times." 5 min clip is no excuse. Where were the parents in relation to their children during this-- physically and emotionally? Five minutes i is worse. Read what the parents wrote. You're preaching to the choir.

Just look for the anger and distain the US citizens towards the government on how we left Afghanistan and you being attacked would increase our resolve as well! At the minimum your location is a strategic planning for offensive and logistical support actions as well! To the channel maker, Please let your daughter know the USA would absolutely be there for you! We could evacuate your country if we couldn't hold it right away! I love this family!
