Mr. Franks voice sounds like Floyd the barber from "The Andy Griffin Show" and also "Doc".from Gunsmoke ,which I'm sure is one in the same guy?

Good ear! That's Howard McNear, he played Doc and Floyd and is a supporting player in many of these shows, especially for CBS!

I love the show. But I HATE the guy who whistles off-key during the theme music. Drives me nuts. You can't unhear it.
