The only oil in a wind turbine is in the gear reduction unit, looking at the worst on, there isn't that much oil in ten units. And trust me the ocean base units are three times that big.

1. That's not oil it's bird dookie. 2. Even if it was oil it would miniscule compared to all the oil spills that happen because of transporting crude. 3. Those wind turbines are MUCH older than the newer designed and produced ones we would put in the ocean. 4. The biggest hurdle to ocean wind generation is the ocean itself, look at the underside of a boat if you're lost

They don't produce oil, that's true. They do however use a ton of it to function. Do you think there's nothing lubricating that enormous spinning windmill or the mechanism within? They rely on petroleum based products just like everything else does.

You are correct sir it is a matter of fact I saw a report that said that it takes more energy to produce a wind turbine than the wind turbine ever produces which means not only are they not clean energy but they are super inefficient
