Yesterday I turned 54 and making plans for retirement next year. But within this year, I want to make changes to improve my health not just for me but my children. I spent many years prioritizing jobs and people that I know did not matter, who don’t ask how I am, how am I doing etc etc. which resulted in putting myself last in all areas of my life.
