In this episode, I reflect on the idea that reality mirrors our own perceptions, a concept often referred to as "the mirror principle." Drawing from Marcus Aurelius, I’m reminded of the immense control we have over our minds and, consequently, our strength. If you don’t like the reflection life is giving you, it’s up to you to change what you bring to the mirror. This is a personal journey of recognizing that we set the guidelines for our lives, and it’s our responsibility to level up, embrace risk, and pursue growth. Reality is our mirror, but we are the artists.

Thank you! I would ponder on the word "reality", break it down to my innerstanding! And I thought that (re) meant to Repeat as in parallel worlds, I guess, or that on this plane, this "time", this " me," has existed a thousand times or more, doing same things. But by the end of your first motivational speech, now has changed my thinking of the (re) in the "All" as repeating, is now to mean REFLECTING! And it's ripple effect is like water flowing ... from the Source - GOD "experiencing itself" and we each have a Torus Field around us REFLECTING the world we live in and yet...it's our World/Whirl/Word and if we look at any WORD at a 360` angle with one side as 180` negative or positive angles, we begin to see a bird's eye view of perhaps what GOD experiences in itself. Because we each make up the "self" as the REFLECTION OF GOD and yet we say "flow like water" but we never see ourselves as that one drop next to all the other drops that we are, those from past lives, the present, and future (that we say doesn't exist) but yet it does exist because we call it "re-ality" - the REFLECTION OF TIME! But simply put, if we don't want war, we must LOVE! I see the reflection now. And since the REFLECTION I see in the Mirror is me, what is my REFLECTION thinking about ME? Perhaps I should now ask that question. Or more importantly, pay attention to what I'm thinking when I look in the MIRROR! Because if I am thinking a strand of hair is out of place - FIX IT, then what else about ME needs "FIXING?" Where am I off balanced in this HATE/LOVE duality? I had gravitated to our two eyes were not for solely seeing where we are going but for where we are AT! If we see something we don't like, means there's something within us that we don't like. Thank you for helping me see the REFLECTION that is due to REPEATING (like a Ripple Effect) if I never create the WAVE OF CHANGE... within self!

Mirror principle, this has turned my world upside down (awful pun meant, sorry) I never though of it this way. As Eddie spoke I noticed myself reflecting on my own thoughts and yes, it's true, I limit myself all the time. I'm just a gardener, I'm already 40, there's no way to grow a thriving business in horticulture, I can't make money by combining coaching and gardening etc, etc. As Eddie said these are simply limiters and trials that can be over come. Time to observe, gather, apply and reflect.. Thanks mate, you've started me on a new journey to becoming a better reflection.
