@Project TRP It's fault that anime made. Actually every Uchiha has different mangekyo pattern..... But, I have a theory. Indra Otsusuki started this fight between him and his younger brother Ashura. This fight continues for eons by respective reincarnates. Indra has a flower pattern of mangekyo. Sasuke, one of Indra's reincarnate, has also the same flower pattern of MS because may be Kishimoto thought, as Naruto and Sasuke are the last incarnate to fight between them, he has same MS pattern as of Indra as Indra is the starter.
