The logic that you've presented: He would be slimmer if he was burning more calories than what he is eating. Calories and thus "belly fat" are a result of the vegan diet he advocates. Grain and starch = high carbs and thus "belly fat." The guy is a Yoga instructor and an MMA practitioner. Are you saying he lives a sedentary life style? Eating more high quality protein and less grains and starches is key to an athletic physique.
