So when my pay check comes it's $60+ for one day (taking taxes out) if I worked 5-6 if be making $300-$360+ per week. 1st change youtube needs to make: It is the responsibility of the levier of the copyright claim to provide evidence of infringement of copyright, the content creator will be considered to be innocent until proven guilty and, until proven so, will not be expected to pay the levier anything. If the claim is proven valid the creator will be expected to reimburse the levier a percentage of the income of the video, both past income and future income, relative to the percentage of the video that uses the copyrighted content. i.e. If a creator uses 1 minute of copyrighted music in a 30 minute video, they are expected to give 1/30th of the revenue. Certain classes of video, such as reaction and review videos, should be exempted of this rule provided they have put in enough effort, be it dialogue or actual reaction. Sitting in the corner of the screen with a blank face will not be considered as effort. Such more subjective decisions should be made by people, and not notoriously flawed bots.

This must be a definition that the CEO of KZbin doesn’t understand considering that it is immoral to try and shut down someone else’s livelihood when it does no harm. Not to mention that the quality of KZbin has done nothing but drop over the past couple years. In other words FIX YOUR SHIT!

The real things KZbin needs to do. 1. Restrict all comments to account users ONLY *Reading and Writing them* To prevent inappropriate comments from being seen by kids. 2. Add a proper age verification method to enforce the 13+ age requirement of youtube's Terms of Service *No Kids, Mean No COPPA violation* 3. Require users to accept and agree to a new user agreement in order to use the site that gives KZbin permission to access and utilize user data. *Privacy protection enforcement* Doing all this... Could prevent the need to blacklist videos, since the only Data being collected would be Teens and older. AND Permission would be asked by KZbin, thus meeting the requirement of COPPA and other privacy acts.
