I was watching a channel yesterday that was terminated. She had never had a community strike, copyright, nothing. KZbin said she was terminated due to circumvention. She was playing a video from a channel(8 Passengers) that had been banned on KZbin. Deleted her channel permanently. She's devastated.

Yeah, LDS and/or LDS Affiliate is well known for claiming copywrite infringements, and sometimes claim ownership themselves. YT has one of the most idiotic methods of any disputes of this nature, as they kick it back to the one who filed the complaint to determine if it's legitimate or not. LDS would also file then work with who actually owns the source content in hopes of getting a portion of any 'settlement' that is extorted... err... negotiated. Their (LDS) is just one of the major 'companies' that make their living hunting down anyone who may have someone else's content they can file a claim against. Since they would also control the 'dispute' of the content in question, it's simply a lose/lose scenario.

I guess that is the problem with “response channels.“. If the purpose of the video is just to respond to someone else’s work, then, where is the creativity? A&P kind of lost me when they started responding to F&F content- at least those guys were original, even if they were being provocative. Eventually, all response channels can be flagged into oblivion. It’s a lesson to all of them, be original, occasionally use another channel’s content, but let the majority of your content be your own concept.

Hi, I just want to say isi this copyright thing is bad, I mean its not but it is at the same time because like around 4 - 5 years ago I did a record of me doing DJ and as a DJ you know, you mix a lot of music and enjoy and have fun. So, after I did that, I listened to it and I went ' Okay, it not that bad, yes ! I can upload this on KZbin so people will also listen to it and give their thoughts and reactions to it ' and I was getting some reviews, not like yours or Aba and Preach like it was low and I mean really low but it was still motivating me to do some music. Some time passed I saw that my music was taken down and I saw something like a Copyright strike and I just stopped because firstly, I did not understand what that was and second was; Because I received a letter etc. I did not want to get myself in to trouble.
