Still being completed, this is a 1/14 scale GOLD MiNE. NOTE THIS IS NOT THE FINAL BUILD: I have two more sluice boxes currently shipping to the mine site. The 6" Power Sluice Box Setups are to arrive for our Two Rotary Drum Trommel catch bays. It is a 3 Stage Sluice setup. The Shaker is the Final Stage. There will be 3 Sluice boxes working, when I am done building in a few weeks..
In episode 3 of KZbin GOLD, we showed off the new watering system we built. After designing, and redesigning - I came up with a slightly different watering system that was more direct, very powerful - and is able to run an entire plant.
A lot of folks think I am trying to setup a 1/14 scale version of a wash GOLD MiNE.. and that is very close. Im not too worried about making it all look "Real".. but actually.. I am a LARGE HUMAN, making an GOLD MiNE with RC Equipment. Im not too worried about everything looking perfect.. rather, be very functional.
KZbinGOLD is a parody series based around the GOLD Shows of TV that we all know and love. #GoldRush #YukonGold #BeringSeaGold all of these are shows that my family enjoy seeing! I have always known that making a GOLD MINE would be possible with RC models.. and finally I get to realize this dream.

+AnthoRC - Hmm, seems like I did not make myself clear enough in my post. I can understand why you would be confused by my set up. The dirt * isn't being thrown away * Just the wash plant is not completed yet! There are TWO MORE 6" power sluice boxes shipping to us at the moment. Those boxes will wash the separated dirt. The Shaker is the FiNAL STAGE for large rock washing. This is an ongoing series.. so please stay tuned for more results :)

Sparks run some paydirt with 1 gram of gold guaranteed and see how efficient your setup is and another tip is to level out your sluice all the water was going to the right make sure to have an even flow from side to side otherwise youre sluice will be half as efficient as it can be

Yeah it'll definitely help even out the water and before you go to the river I would recommend that you watch some KZbin videos about where to find gold otherwise It will be a lot harder to get to a half ounce... take it from personal experience lol gold isn't everywhere on the river!

Please keep Steve in the series as a regular personality! I love seeing the dynamic between you two as you work, especially when you guys pour on the mining schtick! Steve's one liners are great, too haha Also, for the top sprayers, take a look at Jackson Warewashing part number 4730-002-55-61. They're wash/rinse jets for an undercounter commercial dish washer but they're made for the pressure you're pushing and they're easily disassembled and reassembled for cleaning. Just a thought. I work with commercial dish washers every day at work and that popped into my head as a perfect option when I saw your setup.

Why do have the waste of the first wash plant (trommel) feeding the second wash plant. Your not going to get gold in your sluice box in the second wash plant. All your gold will be on the ground under the trommel. Your just washing rocks.

The sluices will be fed by the trommel. They will lay underneath the two sorting bays... Only 1 loader needed to loader the Trommel.. then it all gets processed though 3 different sluices! All drains into one pond.. but the pond will be expanded larger than it is now ...

Also to add to the first comment. I didn’t see any water running to your trommel. Unless you didn’t have it turned on because of the two back ordered sluice boxes. It should have water/ spray bar in the cylinder of the trommel to wash the rocks before they exit the trommel.
