I love this theme for a KZbin video! Spelling Power is an oldie but a goodie--I remember that from my own childhood spelling lessons!

Thanks Katie! FORM is so great. I'm glad it's working well for your family and I'm excited that more families are learning about it.

I bought graphic novels for a study on the holocaust for my older kids and I love them and so do my kids!!! I pre read them and found them to be awesome!!! We love our friction pens but I don’t love the clickable ones and my older kids do so we find we have different ones per personal preference!!! I teach nutrition but my kids know what’s good for them but don’t make good choices!!! we have family members who discourage them with any good choices!!! My family have helped me choose curriculum as well but I’m careful who I listen to with some non Christian family members!!! We tried monarch and we didn’t like it but not tried Christian light yet!!!

I love these type of videos! 😂 I’m a fan of those Frixion eraseable pens, too, and saw them first on KZbin. Regarding content considerations for The Iliad graphic novel, is it mostly violence or is there some adult relationship stuff? Thanks!

Oh good question, The Iliad revolves around the Trojan War and includes graphic depictions of battles, injuries, and deaths. The story contains references to adultery (e.g., Helen leaving Menelaus for Paris) but not detailed or graphic.

What age range is homeschool ASL for? My 5.5yr old daughter has a friend with hearing loss who signs and she really wants to learn to sign with her. Also, I would LOVE to hear a comparison of Spelling Power and AAS. Rainbow Resource actually recommended Sequential Spelling or Spelling Power for my 5th grader. He is using AAS but i we dont really do the hands on activities usually because he feels they are too young for him
