@MrVhuera To get EDGE you need to check on the settings on the phone and that your sim is set up to receive the 2G newtwork. If you didn't charge your batter for the first time to full change it may of damaged the device. You can easily buy a new battery online. My usual charge is about 2 hours and I get about 2 solid days out of it. Hope this helps

@josephmojo123 should be fine for checking e-mail or other basic tasks like that. connect to wifi networks if you're downloading media though.

@emilyylauraa15 if you're connected to a wifi access point etc.. and packet data is off, you will not get charged by your phone operator for that.

@supergelotorres most of Samsung phone in low price rate support mp4. but as there ram and processer is low so it can't play high bit rate 320*240 mp4 video. So at you download format factory. then go to mobile video, and select samsung 320*240. after that choose bit rate 225 and fps 12. then convert the video. I am sure the video will support.

BTW. The manual says that the phone can play MP4 files but when I download files of such type, it never plays.. it says that the video has an unsupported type. What should I do with it?

to play youtube videos go to m.youtube.com and select LOw quality option next to video i think this mobile cant play HQ youtube video.

@supergelotorres Yeah I had the same problem, When i converted a video on my computer and put it on a memory card and tried to watch it on my Phone it didn't work so I dont know what to suggest I am having the same problem :/ Google time me thinks.
