Google randomly recommended this video to me and oddly I just was wishing for a simple ad free option the other day. I basically only watch 40-120 minute videos and most often to fall asleep to, and the ads can be super interruptive and infuriating (especially when they're really long!). I don't want to pay so much for ad free when I don't need the other stuff. I have no issue with ads for music and shorts. The full premium makes sense if you do interact with music on KZbin a lot.

I'm just canceling KZbin premium at this point. I paid for it originally when it was shifted from Google Music, but the price hikes are steep. Tidal is cheaper and has higher quality, and pays artists more, why shouldn't I switch? If I need to watch a video on KZbin I can still have ads although I'll probably watch less now

Problem with this is that ad-block though not as good as it used to be still works good enough for longform videos but for music videos it is a bit of a pain with how youtube has tried to break it. I want a way to pay for premium to not have to stuff around when listening to music on youtube where I am barely impacted using ad blockers for longform content. I currently have to refresh a video 4 times for ads to skip with recent changes to break AdBlock but I still don't watch any ads doing this I just want a way to pay for just removing ads entirely on youtube only with no extras.
