It seems to me like the easiest solution for a lot of problems with KZbin's flagging/review process would be to simply give the person being reviewed a warning and a small window of time to fix the problem before KZbin does anything- something like, "Hello, your video titled "_______" has been flagged for the following reasons: Reused Content, Copyright Infringement, It Just Plain Sucks, Etc." Then you have maybe 1-3 days to edit the video, or send in a response explaining why this was a mistake. If you don't respond in any way, your video gets hidden or you lose monetization. Right now KZbin seems to be run by the Queen of Hearts- sentence first, verdict afterwards. But who am I kidding? This has been a problem practically since day one, and the people who can actually do anything about it don't seem to care. All we can do is make video after video preaching to the choir about how much KZbin sucks. But where else can we go, Pornhub?
