What is the reason there is a stampede of their nationals towards the Dominican Republic when the problems of violence are concentrated only in Port-au-Prince and they have so many paradisiacal places Where They Can Get Relocated. Yes they did a good job of explaining that the war is only in about 15% of the country. Haiti is the 3rd largest country in the Caribbean after Cuba and DR. ~10,000sq miles...same as New Jersey. God willing Pastor Moise from the KPK gets his constitutional reform passed to further decentralize the Departments so they can be more like the States in the USA. So Department Governors can authorize new international ports, airports, and large infrastructure projects without needing permission from the "Republic de Port-au-Prince."

And while BSAP du Gran Sud, BSAP du Sud-Est, and BSAP du Nord-est are good. some BSAP in southern Departman Centre are not so good. I appreciate what you’re doing! You should visit Citadelle Laferierre in the northern department of Hayti. It is the largest fort in the Western hemisphere built by formerly enslaved black people who freed themselves from slavery by force of arms. It’s located in Milot, Hayti, so it’s near Cap-Haytien.

Jambo African Tigress! Karibu to Haiti! I've been watching your journey in the Caribbean but thought that you wouldn't go to my homeland. This is what most foreigners do because they trust what's being shown on TV. I congratulate you on overcoming fear and coming to see for yourself. We may be poor but we're reach in culture and history. And by the way, the town that you're showing in this video is my hometown. Thanks for visiting it. It's popular with vacationers. I hope that you're enjoying to the fullest.

Sorry for spamming the comment sections 😂. Great history lesson. I feel it also needs to be pointed out that internal corruption and political infighting has also inhibited development. The corrupt politicians can no longer get a pass. We need a new generation of leaders who defend the interest of the nation first and foremost, rather than their own personal interests.

Camp Perrin has no electric service for the last 3 years! there is no running water or sewage. there are no landfills for trash in Sud that I am aware of.
