No army, no functional government, so our natural resources has been taken out of Haiti secretly. you see that big hole up the mountain AT? it's happening all over Haiti.

This madness need to stop. look how they're destroying our beautiful mountain. no army to cover our territory, no functional government, so at night time they have been digging our mountain and other isolated territories for our resources.

African tigress, to me I wash the banane with lime or lemon 🍋 just once. I do not wash it too much like you do because I don’t want to waste the vitamin or enzymes. To benefit the vitamins insides of the green skin of the banana or plantains, I boiled them with their skin on so I do not missing the vitamin. I only peel plantains when I’m going to put them in bouillon or consommé. Do you know that the skin of banana or plantains is also used as medicinal to maintain our health? Especially, the yellow skin of figue banane 🍌 use it to make tea ☕️ add cloves to drink before going to bed. It’s also good to lowering blood pressure. May God bless us all 🎉❤💫🫶🏽🌺😇🙌🏾

Tigress I am enjoying your vlog of Haiti. Many people would be pleasantly surprised of the day-to-day life of Haiti, the people seem to be contented and happy. I love your seen in the market many many fresh fruits and vegetables. I love your interaction with the citizens, and I am tempted to visit Haiti soon. I have been to may Caribbean countries but never Haiti because of the rumors and the information from the press. I love the waterfall visit from your last episode, in Trinidad we would have bobbled a pot (cook a meal). The ancestors may be smiling at the unity of their children meeting together in different lands.

What an adventure! Nature at its best! Though Haiti has a hot climate, in Furcy, the pic of the mountain, the temperature can drop below 60 degrees. I am Haitian and I will never have the opportunity to make such wonderful adventure. In fact, I did not even know such places exist in Haiti.

AT another good one. LIH Marie....I love the places you're exposing of Ayiti, very beautiful narrative. Pilon motye is mortar & pestle in English; jirop in pema (phonetic spelling) is cloves in English. AT....as mentioned in another of your video with ThatboyLens, "burro bananas" (cozbat in kreyol) is the original banana. It's great to broaden one's horizon by tasting other cultural foods.

In my country we call green banana, green figs. In french creole we say fig Vert. In the Caribbean we clean our meat and fish with sour oranges, limes and also white vinegar, to remove the smell and rawness of the meat or fish.

Another banger, even on a cloudy day 👍🏽. It is no coincidence that you and Marie get along so well. As it usually says: it takes 2 bons to make bonbons. Btw, AT, you should learn some parables in Haiti and try to compare them with the ones from home. Your fans can also participate.
