Loved this conversation. Have been following Jay for a number of years, and you have asked so many of the questions that I would have wanted to ask if I was ever in the position to converse with Jay. Thank you. Hope that there is a second episode.

After deciding on planning a trip to Paris, I started watching Paris videos and recently found Jays channel. I love all his content, and really loved this interview.

What a lovely interview. I've been watching Jay since July 2017 when he had 7K subs + thought this guy is amazing he should have lots more + now he has but should hit the million mark by rights. I found Jay Swanson, like most people searching for advice on how to visit Paris but stayed for the man, because like most people he is a sympathetic and genuinely engaging person who you care about,it just is that way. Thanks to Jays films I've been able to visit Paris several times + despite being a klutz have had no probs getting around and enjoying the city. Thanks Mr Swanson. One of the things I found most refreshing about Jays earlier 2017-19 pre-covid daily vids was the enjoyment he got from living in a city and the competence with which he dealt with all the aspects of city life. I say this because I seem to have had in my life a preponderance of people who think cities are dreadful, sinful, wicked places where only bad people live which I had privately decided was not true so to see this guy who was not yearning to go and live in a hut in the woods and befriend all the wild creatures was really refreshing.
