Copyright striking should only come directly from the channel only and not from another person. They should also provide a timestamp of said copyright material. If they are constantly copyrighting and YT is overturning each time, that CHANNEL should get a strike, then suspended (if continued), lose partnership (if continued further), then removed ALL associated channels (if continued further). This is ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated this well by YT. It's a drain on resources, time and money that could go to other things. If the person DOES get a legit copyright, then they need to go through an hour LONG educational video about what CopyRight live, this way they can't fake their training. Of course the material will be available to view any time but with no requirement you need to be live.
