every app doesn’t need TOS, it isn’t required by law, but it’ll be a bad business practice if there aren’t any. Kick may have them, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that they will need to enforce it.

So even if you say it is ok to stream child porn on your platform, person streaming it will go to jail and platform itself, depending how they were involved into it, may get into legal problems. Belive me, Kick will be almost the same as Twitch over time, maybe they will be little more open to legally okish stuff like swearing, shirt-less streamign etc. It is all just a marketing to gather young naive audience into their platform and fake promising them you can do anything there.

I'm pretty sure movie studios would only sue Kick not Adin as there allowing him to show copyrighted material and it's there job to regulate it. As a whole I do understand where Adins coming from though since twitch does have alot of problems communicating with its streamers. Anyways I do support how Adins leading with example and influencing his fans to become the best versions of themselves.

I've been saying this for a long time but people seems like they hate Susan for too much. I genuinely believe that she's a great person and she does her best making this platform a good platform. We actually shouldn't hate her, but we should be disappointed at her whether it's because of her baffling decisions and what not. IMO, I'd rather have Susan be the CEO forever than having her stepping down, and having us gambling if the next CEO will be better or not. Also, Susan was always open to interviews and stuff like that and I believe that she's being 100% with her interviews. This new CEO? Yeah I kinda doubt he'll make things better.
