Erwin isn't a commander, hes a leader. Even with his arm being chewed off by a Titan, hes holding steady, giving orders to his troops to focus on the task at hand. Instead of morale dropping and the mission failing because the scouts see their Commanding Officer get injured, morale sky rockets because the scouts know that even though hes injured and his life is at risk, the mission matters more, and Erwin is willing to put his trust in his scouts that they could complete the misson without him.

No shit Erwin is better at rallying his troops, coming up with things in the heat of the moment is his thing, not to mention the fact that he is fearless and that inspires people to no end. Armin doesn't come close, he froze against his first titan which got Eren eaten, he's been useless in combat against them multiple times during the first few seasons. Yet still it was Armin who: Figured out who the traitors were Goaded Bertholt into letting his guard down so that Erwin could cut Eren free Stopped Annie from killing Jean by playing a mind game with her despite being injured af Figured out that Reiner hid within the walls to prevent scouts from being ambushed Came up with the plan to kill the titans without 3DM Gas in Trost Came up with the plan to beat the colossal titan Came up with the plan to retake Trost Came up with the plan to awaken Eren during the mission in Trost Came up with the "moving at night" strategy to help reduce casualties when in titan territory Woke himself out of a coma inside a titans mouth so that he could enter the paths and get Zeke to awaken the other shifters with him Convinced the soldiers of Marley to not kill him and all other Eldians present after Eren's death There is a reason Erwin gave Armin command of the troops despite knowing that they could be ambushed and killed at any point in Shingashina....because Armin is a great leader in his own right and worthy of having everyone's life in his hands despite being a different kind of leader.

It’s better to not be that level of crazy. I had both of my wrists wrapped from overwork and injuring my right one yet I still pushed myself nearly to the point of passing out to finish sending rounds during a fire mission. I’ll keep pushing and pushing even if it destroys me which definitely feels cool in the moment but lord your body isn’t meant for it

This moment with Erwin is one of the most badass scenes I’ve seen in a show. I cannot explain how hyped I felt seeing him push his men forward despite being possibly near death in the mouth of a titan. Obviously one of the other badass scenes is Erwin’s speech to his men before leading them into that suicide attack.

For the same reason they have I only am capable of watching dubbed since I have a auditory processing disorder meaning that I can’t read subtitles and watch the screen at the same time which is why I watch in dub. The only problem I have with dub is that you don’t really get those iconic lines such as “shinzou wo sasageyo”.

Dub sounds cartoony and cheesey. I honestly have no idea what people see in it. Outside of that, there's IMPORTANT plot dialogue that is changed or omitted n the dub. I think some people just can't hear emotions in other languages for some reason. And they don't understand that the plot has been messed up by the dub changes.

People still debate Armin vs Erwin collosal? My man Erwin fought against 3-4 titans while knowing nothing about their insane powers, at the same time fighting off secret military pollice of political elites. On top of that, successfully commanding and personally leading scouts, which is the hardest and most dangerous job, for few years maybe... Versus some blond kid who wants to see the sea, who guessed hiding spots in walls after seing some collosals in there.
