same, as a violist and a ukulele player I was like "okay, gotta give you that one" bc the scale of difficulty really is so, so different. it took me three years to sound like I was playing on Purpose on the viola, with a trained instructor in an orchestra, but I taught myself the ukulele in a month

My friend plays the drums and I've seen her play multiple times and I'm pretty sure that they do spend more time practicing the whoosh whoom with the drumstick than actually practicing playing the drums

Yeah my friend has a drum set in her room, and everytime I go over to her house, she plays the drums and she does do the spinning the drumstick thing, but to be fair, what else are they supposed to do when there is no drumming at a certain part?
