Good job guys. But you can make these in oven. Preheat the oven grill side on 500F. Cook these kulchas on tawa one side and then put them in oven on upper rack with some water or dahi on top. They will be exactly tandoori style. But keep eye on they can burn very quickly. You can cook six at once. Same way you can make plain tandoori roti too.
