Max, actually you already faced the strongest form of Akuma. The boss rage when you fought against Oni was more or less the true/shin form of Oni. It's the form where Oni is truly taken over by evil and destruction.

I feel they are making this so much harder than it really is. When I did this back in the day... Choose C,A,P, N Groove and spam projectiles. Most will block or get hit even on 8 stars! Choose S groove and charge your super meter defending with anti-airs and fire supers. If you get red health spam supers. Choose K groove and "just defense" the whole fight building meter til you get super. Fire super!

In this game Akuma gets infused with the power of Orochi and Rugal gets infused with the power of Satsui no Hado.

It's a glitch in the emulator that if they presses start, it counted it as a player 2 start, otherwise known as joining in.

In Japan or something, Vegas name is Balrog, Balrogs name is M. Bison, and M. Bisons name is Vega

It's a Japanese copy, the boss names from SF2 were changed when it was released outside of Japan to avoid a potential lawsuit with the boxer being called M.Bison, a pun on Mike Tyson.

It's on PSN under PS2 Classics for about ten bucks. It was originally on Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, and Gamecube. However, I think they're using an emulator for the stream.
