Does this Yoyo tilt? I like swing rides that tilt, because the tilt makes the seats go up and down, like a carousel 😊 I prefer Wave Swingers though, not the Yoyo or Flying Trapeze kind that tilt on one angle instead of oscillating

It very slightly tilts. Almost impossible to see in a video
