Yeah, I’m only wanting Xehanort to appear as either in soul form as a form of guidance or if he does get a 14th life that it’s Young Xehanort but with a reincarnated Master Xehanort’s soul, one that knows that he lost to Sora, and thus will help Sora in his journey. Yozora, on other hand, needs to either be a character we’ve seen like Brain or someone that will be introduced in Missing Link. If that doesn’t happen, we need a Verum Rex game to truly show us who Yozora is.

"The other side" - is the key. It is phrase that means beyond death. In Quadratum, the world's of Kingdom Hearts are "the other side" from it's perspective. All world's share the same sky. One light, one fate. Fate -> Death. Sora reweaved fate and became fictional to his world. Thus he ended up in Quadratum, the other side. Yozora and Sora I believe are incarnations of the same person. As to why Yozora says he looks different, well if he reincarnated then of course he would look different. That would also explain why he believes Sora was not Sora. There are more incarnations. But how can there be multiple incarnations moving about? Fictional world, beyond death time and space are illusions. I wonder if the Master of Masters is also another incarnation of Sora.

About the Xehanort artwork you mention at 6:50, people think it's Miyashita Park which is in Shibuya. Just like how MoM is standing on the Square Enix headquarters in the KH3 secret ending and how the building with the escaltors in the KH4 trailer was where the KH 20th anniversary event was held, the artwork is most likely implying that a 14th vessel is in Unreality.

I always thought 'unreality' was an entire realm of scrapped final fantasy projects since that was the origin of Verum Rex, afterall. It makes sense in a meta way, since those games aren't 'real' to us, yet they still exist in the minds of the people at Square who worked on them Yet the idea of Quadratum being a sort of digital liminal space that connects the Disney universe, FF universe, and our reality does make alot of sense to, hmmm...

I think you're both overthinking it. If computer programs and dreams can be their own living, breathing worlds, why *not* fictional universes? If there are hearts all around us and all we need to do to make them become real is to see them, why *shouldn't* little Jimmy watching Dragon Ball Z somehow cause that entire world to manifest?

@@Phero124 Basically, what I'm trying to say is that "The World of Unreality" is various fictional universes brought to life in the same way Andy brought his toys to life. The worlds were originally fiction, but they resonated with someone, and since once you see a heart it becomes "real", the worlds were manifested as physical locations within the World of Unreality. "Little Jimmy watching Dragonball Z" was just a metaphor for a child watching their favorite show.

I believe the reason Yozora was in disbelief that who was standing in front of him was Sora, is because Sora exists in a time loop, and alternate versions of him (ones without Kairi) fell into the darkness with Riku and most likely turned in extreme menaces. This might be the reason why Kairi was sent to the Destiny Islands to begin with, as Xehanort was obviously told something from MoM about the future. This might be the cause behind Vanitas appearance looking like an adult Sora with Ansem, seeker of darkness clothes (the same ones dark riku wears). As Vanitas most likely stemmed from the darkness that Ventus took in in Union X. I believe that darkness is Soras darkness, or a version of his from another timeline. I think this is why Yozora meets Sora with hostility right off the bat despite knowing him.

But I do like your theory of having the beginning of KH4 being Yozora’s deep dive where he battles Sora at the first boss battle. And just like with remind, it would continue no matter win or lose. That would then become the canonical way of how the scene went. But yes I’ve been thinking for a while that if we don’t have a Verum Rex game coming that Yozora’s trials (and thus gameplay as Yozora) needs to be in KH4.

This theory doesn't hold much weight thanks to the actual lore and cuts cents provided around the Yozora battle. Namely, him and the obvious Somebody of Luxord driving down a highway. Quadrature, to Yozora, was something of a Sleeping World, as he woke up in that car

A couple of things here, I do think it could be possible that the Toy Box World was in fact Datascape, but that's where my agreement with the theory basically ends. Here is why: Firstly, if we take all the focus on Quadratum and Yozora and put it on another form of Xhenort, we are in a sense removing the already made point that the focus is Luxu, the Lost Masters and possibly MOM. If Square really wants to move this story along, they wouldn't do that, instead they would make it clear that these characters are going to coincide with characters of that plot. Yozora and Sora, saying the same line really seems to connect them together. Back when the Nameless Star was first seen there were a pleathora of theories as to who they were, some people said it was Ava, others said Streletzia, still others said that it was the girl who Yozora tried to save in the Verum Rex Trailer but failed to. Thing is, the two theories about her identity may not be exclusive to the last, being that, IF Yozora is connected to the former, she could still be either one. One thing I thought you were going to say was that maybe Yozora is a form of young Xzhenort, to that I would say: possibly. In the trailer, Streletzia mentions that Quadratum is a sort of afterlife, but we thought thats what "The Final World" was, the place hearts go when they die. Consider this though, what if Quadratum is both the end and the beginning? "Unreality" The undoing of reality, OR not reality yet? What if, Quadratum is where hearts go to be remade and then sent back into the world, as other people? That's why light and dark are not supposed to exist, because this "world" is a heart hub for new beginnings. Now, some might come back at me and say "That's Kingdom Hearts" But no, from the beginning Kingdom Hearts has been called the "True Light" Kingdom Hearts maybe a heaven of sorts where hearts go when they are truly done BUT Quadratum is the Limbo, where they go if the plan is for them to still exist in some type of way. Now though, because of the "Laws" Quadradum has been visited by a person who isn't dead, who's heart is still present, a heart that has both light and darkness, and that's why the Heartless are appearing, because this idea, this scenario isn't natural, Light and Dark is being added to a world that quite literally is supposed to be a clean slate.

I think Sora and Destiny Island has always been from the real world low key and got taken out they world and so did Xehnort back then. And went to the unreal worlds like disney worlds and others. Which mean Yozora is from this real reality world too. So Square Enix is trying to put are real reality into the game as a World. That makes it kinda interesting. Well this is interesting. There was a theory in Real Life that I was fully against until something weird happened. The theory states that movies, books or shows are 100% real but are in different universes or dimensions. Like Star Wars did in fact happen in a different universe. Or encanto did happen. And some people are gifted with glimpse into that world or worlds. In an interview with the author of the golden compass books he said this when asked why did he write it: “I can’t really answer that one. It just felt like I had to get it out but can’t explain it.” The creator of the Harry Potter series also echoed that statement too. I didn’t believe it at first and one night it happened to be. I’m currently writing a story that is driving to get out. So it was weird.

Interesting theory! Although, Yozora being xehanort is out of the question as the dark seeker saga is done. Young xehanort might still somewhat be a guide. Yozora being a version of Sora would blow my freakin mind, seeing as he would be the shadow of Sora, and this might align with how things went against the darkness tornado in KH3. The next big question is, let’s say Yozora is not Xehanort or Sora, (or even Riku) what if Yozora is someone that looks like the MoM set in reality, but IS NOT the MoM himself? The same would apply for the MoM as well. I brought this up because of how Luxu body hopped and then Brain somehow is dropped off in Scala Ad Caelum. Back to the question, so that would mean 2 completely different people would have to be using Yozora and the MoM as avatars. I’ve thought about this and the way that theories have spun off so many times about the MoM being Sora and Yozora being Riku from an alternate reality. Like the obvious cannot possibly be THAT obvious.
