By the looks of things you could fit another 2 bikes between you and the kerb, but then again it's not a calibrated camera so it's impossible to prove how close/far you are from kerb and cars from you (:

I wonder how the police managed to send the driver a notice of intended prosecution then, and why driver accepted they'd driven without due care and attention 🤔

@NormanSaxon331 Most camera submissions to the police come from motorists, about 90%. And if you're driving like a tool, having your own film of yourself doing it won't really help you. Easiest thing to do is to drive within the HWC, then you won't get caught

@@Mr.1.i Dude, just stop driving like a tool. The HWC is clear how much space to leave for people on bikes, and clear that people on bikes often ride in primary. It's really not difficult. Most people find it easy to drive safely round other road users, why can't you?

Middle of the lane not middle of the road, exactly as should to try and prevent idiot drivers who should be in the other lane to overtake and certainly not overtake on a pinch point with traffic islands. You have no understanding of driver’s responsibilities.

@@Mr.1.i when overtaking you need to leave 1.5m space (2m when travelling over 30mph) from the rider, wherever they are situated. If that isn’t possible you can’t overtake It’s easy to drive safely around people on their bikes - I can do it, why can’t you?
