Ys: The Oath in Felghana - Boss Rush (Nightmare + Bonus Boss Fights)

The timer jumping ahead by 3 hours on the worm fight is one of the most relatable things I've ever seen. Nightmare boss rush is absolutely brutal. Kudos on toughing it out.

I never really practised that fight since during my Inferno run I was quite overleveled so it became trivial, and here I paid the consequences :^( This boss rush was definately insane, thanks for watching buddy :)

@@Krauvando heyo I know I'm asking a question regarding a 1 year old answer, but during that fight didn't you try using the fire magic? It worked wonders for me, but if the wind magic is better I might have to consider using that when I decide to do my Inferno run

@@JonathanBaxter Wind magic is kinda necessary because it allows to kill minions at the same time that you damage the boss. I don't think fire magic will allow you to clean enemies that fast. Also Inferno run won't be the biggest problem since you can overlevel and honestly this boss is a breeze if you're 2+ levels above. Good luck on your attempts though!

Good work on this, man. I consider Felghana to be the most brutal Ys game. This nightmare boss rush is the only one that I haven't completed yet. Gyalva and Chester 2 in particular are insanely difficult.

It's easily the most brutal, imo it's not even close. I found normal enemies a lot easier in felghana than in ark, but the bosses in felghana are almost complete bullshit on nightmare.

That flying dragon on bridge made me to drop it for a year . Eventually I beat it and went on to complete all playable Ys games on pc except 8 and memories of celceta

Because as far as I remember it doesn't exist! For story mode you could choose Inferno difficulty but for Time Trials, Nightmare was the highest possible. Ys VIII has Inferno boss rush though.

Indeed, in Ys 3 - TOIF is no Inferno Bossrush but even on Nightmare it is no Joke at all btw good job :)

36:08 this boss goes berserk when his HP goes down and becomes nearly impossible to dodge like the previous robot dog boss that you find in the sewer

That dog boss is literally dogshit. He never gets staggered for more than 1 hit during the firebreath And when he turns into a pinball you can't do shit even with the parry. He just got lucky that he didn't use it
