Voice? What do you mean? If you mean the text language, you can change it to Japanese by renaming some of the game files

@@IcalRizal. By dubbing, do you mean yours is the PS2 version? I'm sorry I don't know, I've never played it

@@IcalRizal. The PS2 version has a cheat code system which allows you to change the game to the japanese dub and even with the game's original cutscenes rather than the new ones they made for that version. I'm sure there's a faq some where that has all the cheat codes in it.
