Alison was a nice character and I think most of the castaways had great little stories. Alison is great at the start since she gives you the option of making better equipment. Which is good. Better equipment means you do not die as fast. Like in every Ys game. Not dying is a good thing.

Glad to see you playing ys 8, it took me 100 hours to beat the game because I try to do everything I can in one playthrough. I loved it and the music is great, I'm a fan of the series. Quick tip: try fishing with different characters.

Ohh I forgot just how early Alison was found. I'm not a big fan of fishing in games, but Shoebill alone made it better to the point where I was having "ooo new fish spots" reactions when I was playing. Gotta gift her! She is truly powerful indeed 😁

I think you mentioned the found family concept on a previous video, and it’s honestly something i had not concidered before. I will definitely keep it in mind the next i play this game, it’s yet another thing that makes this game so wonderful.
