If you bought it in a YSL Boutique or YSL official Website, they come with a box. However, if you got that beautiful bag in a department Store, they don't provide a box. It's a marketing perspective for them. Check you sales ticket, if at the top says the sale had been made straight from YSL, you should be able to call them and request your box.

I wonder is it comfortable to use this short strap !? I live this bag thinking to buy it just the length of the strap bothers me a little ! Please tell your opinion ! I want it for everyday life

Hey Natalya, Thank you for your question. I really like the length of the strap for a shoulder bag. However i do tend to carry it by the top handle but if i need/want to have my hands free i really like using the strap. If you prefer a crossbody bag i believe this bag comes in a smaller size with a longer strap. I suggest going to the store and trying it on, so you can see if you like it! Xo

how come sending it through mail avoids taxes, could you explain that plz?

nordette Hi of course, since they do not have a location in Ohio they are not required to collect Ohio sales tax. I bought it out of state, so they sent it by mail so I wouldn't have to pay Chicago sales tax. Hope that made sense lol! Thanks for watching xo
