Hi Tummy S! I just looked and I never noticed it but yes, my chain is a deeper gold than the logo! I'm wondering if it's the shape of the links and how close they are together but you are absolutely right, I never noticed it before. Yes the color of the LYXBAGS is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

I tried on both at Nordy this week and even though I'm 5'1, I liked the bigger one more. Just found the small one to be too small in interior capacity. My iPhone 12 Pro Max that is in a OtterBox case (4 kiddos under 5) does not fit in the bag. Plan to purchase both the black on gold and dark beige on gold.

Hi Anna Qureshi! I was told at the Boutique that each bag comes with a 10 year warranty with the receipt (proof of purchase) so if you buy it from any major department store, they would honor that still. I'm not sure what the policy is for pre-loved if that's what the websites you mentioned are. I hope that was helpful! Hi Andre'Marie Nguyen! Yes, your iPhone XS Max will fit in the smaller version. The dimensions of the phone is 6.20 x 3.05 x 0.30 inches and the dimensions of the bag is 7.4 x 3.9 x 1.4 inches so it will fit in there just fine. You'll probably only be able to put a lip gloss, lip stick, compact and your credit cards and ID in there and not much more, and nothing more bulky like your phone. I'm so glad you found this video helpful! I would highly recommend the smaller version. I've worn it out many times and I LOVE how beautiful it looks as a crossbody- you will definitely get a lot of compliments! Congrats on your new bag girl!!!!

Beautiful handbag! If I were to ask your opinion about the hardware because I'm thinking of getting both YSL WOC and Chanel Flap bag. Which is better YSL in gold hardware / Chanel in silver hardware or vice versa?

Hi, that's a great question! I prefer the gold hardware for the YSL WOC because I think it looks so elegant but for the Chanel Flap bag, I would go with the silver hardware personally if your bag color is black. I think the gold hardware on the black bag makes it look a bit stuffy and not as chic as the silver hardware. But if you are getting the bag in beige, I would definitely recommend the gold hardware as it complements the beige and looks great together. Hi May Lee! If you open the WOC and look at the middle zippered compartment it has two sides (front and back). The serial number is on the "backside" on the very bottom. You will need a flashlight to find it and see it clearly because it's embossed into the leather. Let me know if you have any issues finding it and I hope this was helpful! Hi, I will work on that! The wear and tear on the bag has been surprisingly not bad. Only a little peeling on the sides of the bag but I'm not sure if you caught my other videos but YSL offer a 10 year warranty on their bags so if you do have issues, they will fix it for free. The small option is great and I were it all the time as a crossbody. I love how cute and versatile it is! Hope that was helpful, thanks for watching :)

Hi! Jodi, i hope you reply. Im trying to find an answer. It is hard to find side pics. For the wallet on chain, the sides does it have silt at the bottom where loose change can fall out. Or is it completely closed.

Hi Luv_May70! The side do NOT have slits on the bottom, both bags are completely closed on the bottom. But there is a small gap at the top of the bag on both sides so if your bag is tipped upside down and you have change in there, there could be a chance that the change can slip out through the top opening even when it's buttoned but I have had these for a while now and I've never had that problem and I toss the bags everywhere! :P Hope that was helpful

Thank you!!! No, the standard size does not hurt my shoulder at all. They feel pretty much the same since I carry the same amount of items for both. Even with it jammed to the max, it does not hurt. Hi Naz! The bag has held up great for me, I wear the crossbody as an everyday bag and I have had no issues with peeling or anything. I was informed of the 10 year warranty at the Saint Laurent boutique in Scottsdale, Arizona so I'm not sure if it's different if it's at Saks or at a stand alone boutique? Hope that was helpful! :)

Hey! I've had this bag for 6 months and I haven't had this problem. But I also don't wear it as an everyday bag so maybe the wear and tear will come. I do see the edges if they start to crack or peel can get sticky. HOWEVER, I found out from the store that every bag comes with a 10 year warranty so if anything is wrong with it, they will send you a label to ship it bak to be either replaced or repaired. That's what sold me on it! Hi Micarla Pangan! On my WOC the standard size, the serial number starts with GUE277.... The serial number that is on the bag is the serial number used to authenticate it.
