YSL UPTOWN POUCH 1 YEAR REVIEW // What Fits, Pros & Cons, Modshots and Wear & Tear

I have had this YSL Saint Laurent Uptown Pouch clutch for over a year now, so I figured I would do a 1 year review of it for you guys! I go over what I like about it and what I don't like about it. I also wanted to show what fits into the Uptown Pouch, as well as modshots and how it has worn. I have the one in black box leather (shiny).

I decided to keep mine. It’s such a beautiful piece. I love ❤️ the way it looks as well. So lady like. Good idea to add rings so you can attach the straps. It doesn’t fit a lot but my essential fits. So I’m good. Great 1 year review. Good to know since I just got mine in February. Except mine is the pebbled leather.

Great vid. I have purchased the uptown pouch in mock croc with silver hardware. It’s a great and affordable piece that can also be converted into a cross body with a bag organiser insert and chain. I have just made a review vid on it as well. Hope it adds another perspective to those interested in purchasing the YSL uptown pouch.

@@SandraSkaar It is beautiful. I see patent leather, but I do not see smooth box leather- unless it is the same. I love the shiny look.

@@bee3027 I think maybe they have either stopped making this or maybe they are sold out everywhere? Patent is different, it is coated and even more shiny than the box leather. Very dressy, but I would recommend seeing both types of leathers to properly get a feel for the difference between them 😊

@@SandraSkaar I purchased the patent leather one and ended up returning it due to taking it out of the box, my fingerprints were all over it-- and it just does not look nice with smears all over the clutch which this shiny patent leather will do. It was beautiful, but you need to be wiping it down every minute. I finally found a smooth leather one like yours from a Poshmark seller (was verified authentic) and it was brand new. It is beautiful and I think it is the nicest uptown they made. Thanks again for sharing the video.

This is a beautiful clutch , I just ordered two . One in beige and in black. It hasn’t arrived as yet . It seems very slim. I’ll have to see when it arrives next week. Where did you purchase the chain? Great review dear ❤️
