YSL Witness Gets Arrested on Material Warrant, Does Not Want to Testify

A witness for the state in the YSL RICO case was arrested on Wednesday on a material witness warrant. The prosecution stated that the woman does not want to testify and have anything to do with this case. Rapper Young Thug is currently on trial for multiple RICO charges.

So they caught a witness and they're forcing her to testify. Love made great sacrifices to connect with the witness pereonally and stumbled upon key evidence regarding 3rd party statements. Then she hunted the witness for months and here we are. She wants the judge to pre-overrule any objections to question format because she has case law defining a leading question with broader terms. She also wants the judge to pre approve the state treating the witness as hostile based on other case law.
