Dr. Hany is a linguistic scientist and , at least to me, appears to be guided in his studies because of the sophisticated logic he uses .... he is truly systematic and makes sense, but it is difficult for many with short attention spans to follow him, which is one of the problems many in this generation struggle with .... they have a kind of autism or attention deficit in which concepts are lost or not retained .... many students are so biased and ADD prone, they develop a kind of schizoidal attitude that leans towards arrogance in the wake of great ignorance and inability to synthesize the knowledge he gives .... they do not listen or comprehend because they cannot .... they are ill prepared to hear or comprehend many points of definition on offer .... which is a kind of compounded ignorance ... thus, they name call and project their deficits and bias rather than discuss issues intelligently ..... that is why, for example, an equitable conversation cannot be held .... it is like a bus driver trying to discuss neurosurgery .... useless . . . I have yet to see anyone who criticises him do so intelligently Hany is unique, there are others who separately come to the same or similar conclusions ..... when I collate their perspectives, my informed suspicions about Islam's misguidance are soundly confirmed, but only because I know the way and pattern of occult infiltration and subversion, something most alim (and I have some of the best) have no idea .... The schizoidal attitude is what leans towards extremism and intolerance, it gave us the masses who donned the uniforms of fascism, communism, and even pro patria democracy, and ISIS/ISIL .... it condemns without evidence while holding kangaroo courts that support status quo legalism ..... so beware my dear brothers and sisters .... most of those who condemn Dr Hany are of this ilk . . . they are not even informed enough to understand what I have just written .... Truly if we are not persistently ready to correct ourselves from what we had learned before, and we are not ready to relearn every time we open the Quran, we would be hindered to receive Allah’s guidance today which is supposed to provide us and elevate us to jannah for higher understanding than what understood before. No wonder why siratul mustakeem, the self-correcting path is the only path for believers. Who already think that they understood and guaranteed to enter jannah, how disappointed they would be from their own biased understanding and deeds. May Allah protect us all and guide us everyday.

Salamun aleykum Dr hany. I was having some trouble wrapping my head around the concept of ارض as scripture. I was reading the lexicon behind and did find the meaning of the “wood fretter,termite eating wood/leaf” I decided to Google search an image of how would that look and subhanallah when you put the image of wood or leaf eaten by a fretter and a image of the Ancient Arabic script carved onto stone or tablets it looks exactly like that meaning of a termite leaving a pattern or trail on wood or paper. No doubt this is a word used to describe inscription. Even looking at hieroglyphs…it is scripture carved out… ارض

Very logical explanation, truly eye opener. However, I am a bit confused as the translation of verse no 13 and 14 of sura Naba contain past form of verb, but Dr. Hany used those to describe future event. By the way I am not an Arab.

I was always questioning the translation available from corrupted sources but being non Arabic the Quran was not directly available for me. When I decided to reject whatever is available and submitted to Allah alone He made Quranic understanding much easier for me. Unfortunately those who criticise this channel are not actually submitting to Allah alone and hence will not believe this. This has been happening to mankind from the time of final massinger and people will be getting misled until one submit to Allah alone to get Devine help.

I had tried following all of that which was outside the book if Allah and it made my life decline so much that all of it had to get thrown in order to get back to normal life. Everytime I read the 9our'an I feel good. Everytime I read their stuff I feel so confused. No more. Allah yassara l9our'ana li dhikr. I'm not looking for Essa or Moussa but as to the normal things Allah tells me for me as a normal human. I understand very well. I feel very good letting go of the religion of the 3ouratoul 7oufat. Feom now I will only read the book of my lord. I don't fear hell. My life hasnt been the best. I fear not being able to look in the face of my lord
